Our customer service department can expedite orders on request. Shipments are made by FedEx, US Postal Service, or UPS.
While we apply our best efforts in determining shipping and handling costs, occasionally the nature of the item requested or the availability of the part may render the estimate incorrect. While every effort is made to provide accurate estimates of shipping charges at the time an order is placed, Best Boat Parts.com reserves the right to bill all shipping charges to the customer as actually incurred plus a nominal handling charge.
Best Boat Parts.com is NOT responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by factors beyond its control such as carrier errors and/or delays, computer interruptions, terrorism or acts of nature.
Some items sold by Best Boat Parts.com are restricted to 'Ground' delivery service. These items includes aerosols, lubricants and oil based products among others. Restricted products considered hazardous for shipping may require special packaging, handling, and therefore may ship ONLY to customers in the continental United States.
Delivery service from Best Boat Parts.com requires a customer signature as 'proof of delivery'. Customers who desire that packages from Best Boat Parts.com be delivered without the signature requirement will need to request an exemption in an email or written communication for release of your order. |
